The Chiltern Shakespeare Company was founded by the late Michael Wiseman in 1989.

Its aim was and is to celebrate the works of England's greatest dramatist in a style that is both traditional and highly imaginative.

Performances are given by some of the finest amateur actors in the Thames Valley and Chilterns and productions are renowned for their flair, colour and sheer professionalism.

Chiltern Shakespeare Company perform open air in the grounds of Hall Barn, in Old Beaconsfield, normally at the beginning of June.
